Delivery
We post every order from London to UK addresses. Standard delivery is £4.99, or free when you spend £50 or more. Express is £6.99.

When will my order ship?
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. You'll get an email when your order is on its way.
Christmas delivery
For delivery before Christmas, please order by:
- Standard: Monday 14 December
- Express: Thursday 17 December
Orders placed after these dates still go out as normal, but we can't promise they'll arrive before Christmas.
Where do you deliver?
UK addresses only, for now. Deliveries to some remote areas can take a little longer.
Sending a gift?
Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a gift note in your cart. Every dampener pair arrives in a holographic pouch, ready to give.
Problem with a delivery?
If your order hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, email hello@courtgems.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out.

How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £4.99, and free on orders over £50. Express is £6.99.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Standard then takes 2–3 working days and Express 1–2 working days.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
