Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? Return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If something arrives damaged or faulty, we'll put it right at no cost to you.
How to return something
- Email us at hello@courtgems.co.uk with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with our return address.
- Post it back unused and in its original packaging. We recommend a tracked service.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email hello@courtgems.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including any postage.
Bought on Etsy?
Orders placed through our Etsy shop are returned through Etsy. Message us there and we'll help.
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
