A dampener is a small silicone button that sits on your strings. It soaks up the buzz and the high-pitched “ping” after each shot, so every hit feels and sounds cleaner. Ours just look a lot better doing it.
Court Gems started on court. We wanted a dampener that matched our racket and strings, said a bit about us, and that nobody else had. We couldn't find one, so we designed our own.
We still pack every order ourselves: each pair goes on a lilac card, into a holo pouch and out in a Court Gems mailer.

Yes. Our dampeners grip between two main strings, so they fit standard strung tennis rackets, adult or junior.
Yes. The rules allow a dampener as long as it sits outside the pattern of crossed strings, which is why it goes below the last cross string.
